Email Integration and Retention

Unmatched email metadata may be retained for up to 30 days for matching and review. Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 60 days as part of our backup and recovery processes. Matched CRM correspondence can have a different retention period. Deletion and correction requests are handled under our approved matched-correspondence retention policy.
